UniCredit extends partnership with Worldline for Open Banking

UniCredit, one of the major pan-European banks, has renewed the partnership with Worldline, a global leader in payment services, for the Open Banking Third Party Provider (TPP) service. The partnership with Worldline allows UniCredit customers to connect their accounts in other banks throughout Europe via one single application programming interface (API). This enables UniCredit to effectively offer Account Information Services (AIS) and Payment Initiation Services (PIS) and opens up a range of business opportunities for both UniCredit and its customers.

Lithuanian Banks' sign contract with Worldline

The commercial banks of Luthania and their representative, the Lithuanian Banks' Association (LBA), have signed a contract with Worldline to implement the Memorandum of Understanding signed earlier this year with the Bank of Lithuania on increasing the availability of cash. After assessing the feasibility of installing ATMs in different parts of the country, it plans to install 100 new ATMs by July 2022.


Knab extends Back-Office Processing partnership with Worldline

Knab, a Dutch online bank founded in 2012, has extended its existing partnership with Worldline. In addition to the existing Instant Payments back-office service, Worldline will now also facilitate back-office processing for handling SEPA Batch payments and multi-currency payments. The partnership has been extended for a seven-year contract


Finnish retail bank S-Bank chooses Worldline as solution for real-time fraud detection and prevention

DFM chooses Worldline as their Instant Payments and Clearing & Settlement mechanism partner

DFM, a financing partner in the Netherlands for enterprises within the mobility sector, has chosen Worldline [Euronext: WLN], a global leader in payment services, to be their Instant Payments and Clearing & Settlement mechanism partner. Following successful implementation within nine months of signing of this partnership, Worldline now handles Instant Payments and back-office processing services for DFM via its payment licence partner Volkswagen Bank, as part of a five-year contract.


Centrale Bank van Curaçao en Sint Maarten, local banks and Worldline join forces to facilitate Instant Payments

The Centrale Bank van Curaçao en Sint Maarten (CBCS), in close collaboration with Worldline [Euronext: WLN] and the local commercial banks, has implemented the basic infrastructure for Instant Payments (IP). As a result as of 15 January 2022, all interbank payments in and between Curaçao and Sint Maarten and in Bonaire will now be processed within ten seconds, 24 hours a day and 365 days per year.
